Terms and Conditions

Carys Collections is committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. To that end, we proudly offer a comprehensive 30-day Money Back Guarantee, which underscores the quality and condition of our equipment. We encourage shoppers to take advantage of this assurance as we strive to provide exceptional vehicles and service. This guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility Criteria

This policy pertains specifically to used farm and construction equipment obtained through our online website, exclusively when customers engage our shipping services. To qualify for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, devoid of any modifications or damage. Please ensure that all items are returned in a manner consistent with the conditions outlined above. Shoppers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with these eligibility requirements to ensure a smooth return process.

The 30-day Money Back Guarantee begins on the date the customer receives the equipment and remains in effect for a duration of 30 days thereafter. It is imperative that the equipment be returned within this defined timeframe to ensure eligibility for a refund. Please be advised to adhere strictly to this policy to facilitate a smooth returns process.

The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for eligible units is subject to a specified maximum usage limit, which ranges from a type of vehicle to another. Please be advised that any vehicle exceeding this designated usage threshold will be deemed ineligible for return under this program. We encourage all shoppers to consider this condition carefully in order to ensure a seamless return process.

We would like to inform our valued shoppers that Carys Collections will coordinate and finance the return shipping process. This will be conducted exclusively with approved shipping carriers to ensure a seamless experience.

Upon receipt of the returned equipment, our dedicated team will carry out a thorough inspection to ensure that the item is in the same condition as when it was originally purchased. Should any modifications or damages be detected during this process, please be advised that a restocking fee may be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

We are committed to ensuring a seamless return experience for our valued customers. Should you choose to return your equipment, please be assured that if it meets all eligibility criteria and successfully passes our inspection process, we will promptly issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount, as outlined in the details below.

We would like to inform our valued shoppers that a restocking fee may be applicable for equipment returned in a condition that deviates from its original state. This includes items that are missing parts or accessories, as well as returns that occur beyond the stipulated 30-day policy timeframe. Restocking fees will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, ensuring a fair evaluation of each situation. Please note that such fees will not exceed 10% of the original purchase price.

Please be advised that our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to vehicles sold “as-is,” particularly those that have been personally inspected by the customer at our location. We encourage shoppers to carefully consider this policy when making their purchasing decisions.

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

By purchasing used vehicles  from our esteemed company, customers unequivocally affirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions. It is essential that all shoppers understand and acknowledge these stipulations prior to completing their transaction.
