Here at Carys Collections, we offer door-to-door delivery, which allows for your vehicle to be delivered directly to the location of your choosing. If you live in an area that is not safely accessible to our transport trucks, you may be required to meet the transport driver at a nearby location that can accommodate the truck.
Yes, we do require that either yourself or another designated party be present upon delivery of your vehicle. If you are not able to be there, please call our office prior to the delivery date to confirm an alternate party to be responsible for your vehicle. However, if there are any changes made to the delivery address after you have placed the order, additional costs may apply.

Yes, Carys Collections offers Touchless Delivery for all of our vehicle drop-offs. Clients are able to sign off on their delivery from their phone while maintaining a safe 6 feet (2 meters) distance from our drivers.
Your vehicle will only be driven to load and unload your car from our transport trucks.
Yes, Carys Collections’ cargo insurance policy covers your vehicle for its full replacement value while in our possession.
Normal transit time varies depending on where your vehicle is being shipped. A national delivery takes between 2 and 3 days. In general, a United Kingdom to Europe move or vice versa is delivered within 4 to 7 days. The actual time of your delivery may vary due to the route taken, weather, road conditions, occasional truck breakdowns, and border crossing customs delays. For the above reasons, no company can offer you a guaranteed date, day, or time.
We handle all aspects of cross-border vehicle transportation for our clients, including all documentation. We work with reputable brokers on both sides of the border to complete documentation and expedite the shipping process, removing added stress for our clients.
To help ensure the integrity of merchandise, the access on our storage areas or adjacent to cargo handling and storage areas is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized access to our facilities can lead to employee and visitor injuries and, in some cases, fatalities. Prevention is essential. Visitors must possess photo identification for documentation purposes upon arrival. Visitors will visibly display temporary identification. In order to gain Visitor Access Authorization, a person must be the owner of an item stored in one of our storage facilities.
To enable Carys Collections to protect all parties, Carys Collections requires that merchandise be sent only via Carys Collections delivery services.
Carys Collections accepts wire transfers and, in some cases, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, United Kingdom drawn personal or company checks, or United Kingdom drawn cashier’s checks. PayPal and credit cards have a maximum allowable amount of £1,000.00 and are subject to Carys Collections approval. Money order and check payments have a maximum allowable amount of £1,000.00 and are subject to a 10 business day banking hold. Wire transfer payments are accepted for all amounts and clear upon receipt.
Carys Collections is responsible for taxes, customs, and import/export fees. However, if Carys Collections wishes to impose additional fees on the buyer, Carys Collections can add the additional costs to the purchase price.
